Go Geothermal is a leading UK supplier of environmentally friendly heating and cooling products for commercial and domestic properties. As the demand increased for renewable energy, they opened facilities in the Midlands and North East of England. However, as their business expanded, they faced operational challenges:

  • Teams were disenfranchised with their original CRM platform, as it wasn’t user-friendly
  • Sales representatives reverted to using spreadsheets to manage their leads and opportunities in disconnected systems
  • Monitoring individual performance of the sales team was difficult, as the Directors had to manually check calendars

Go Geothermal needed a digital after-sales service, to integrate with their approved network of heating installers and correctly assign jobs for customers. The Directors hoped that connecting the pre-sales and post-sales journeys with a better CRM system would enhance their customer service. Solution

We migrated all of Go Geothermal’s disconnected data sources into the Zoho CRM platform, and built all the dashboards, pipelines and reports the firm required.

  • Customer Quoting: The team could see every quote a customer received for their account, after integrating Sage accounting
