Our Zoho Implementation Process
We follow a standard process for implementing bespoke Zoho Solutions for your business. We start by gathering the requirements that you want for your business.
Once we have those, and we are certain we are both on the same page, we start working through designs with you until you are happy. After building and implementing the chosen design, we train your employees so that the Zoho System is used to its fullest potential.
Information Gathering
To understand your needs, we utilise any provided documents or flowcharts. We also send a questionnaire and conduct a MoSCoW Analysis to prioritise your requirements. This allows us to create a high-level plan and provide a preliminary time and cost estimate.
Workshop
Your Zoho expert system designer will conduct a workshop. This will preferably be in person, but for smaller projects it can be done via remote screen meetings. At the workshop we will work through your system requirements one by one and gather the information we need to produce a system design.
Design Specification
We create and share a detailed design specification based on your requirements from the workshop. The system design enables us to accurately assess the effort and complexity, firming up our initial estimate. This document serves as a blueprint, guiding the development process to ensure all your needs are met effectively.
Build
Our consultants and developers build your new Zoho system according to the system design. Regular progress updates and reviews are conducted to keep you informed and involved, ensuring the final product meets your expectations and business needs incorporate your feedback throughout the process.
Testing & Implementation
Our developers and consultants rigorously test the system to ensure functionality and performance. After our User Acceptance Testing (UAT), we hand it over to your team for final verification, ensuring it meets your expectations and requirements.
