Insequa have worked with Ascent for a number of years. The team are highly reactive to our needs and our dedicated Technical Manager has been very helpful in building bespoke elements inside Zoho that allow us to communicate seamlessly with other software programs.
We chose Zoho to manage our business operation due to it's flexibility and broad range of integrated business applications. Working closely with Ascent Business on a number of projects to customize these apps to our unique needs has been great. We have been able to improve efficiency internally, have more control over our processes and receive better management information at the same time. I had campaigned to change our CRM database for 4 years and when my MD gave me the go-ahead to transition from a poorly Sage ACT! database to Zoho I was thrilled. Ascent business took away all the pain of specifying and building a database and now we have a product that works the way we want it to work, and taught us how to maintain it in the process. I invested in Zoho early 2016 and although it is a fantastic CRM system we did not manage to get it configured to the needs of the business initially.
